Use the service lawfully
Use Guardrail only for lawful student support, documentation, and request-management purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, or use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud anyone.
Uploads and documents
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share. Do not upload another person's private information unless you have permission or a legitimate reason connected to the request.
No ownership grab
Your uploaded documents, photos, messages, receipts, invoices, lease materials, vehicle details, and property information remain yours. Guardrail does not use those materials to take, sell, or claim your belongings.
Account behavior
Keep your password private. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, stop using the account and contact Guardrail support as soon as possible.
Content accuracy
Guardrail support depends on the facts you submit. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information can make a request harder to resolve.
