What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not take ownership of your uploaded materials. We do not use submitted documents, photos, messages, or property information to take, sell, or claim your belongings.
Sharing
We share information only when needed to provide support, when you ask us to contact a parent, vendor, property, shop, insurer, or partner, when a service provider helps us operate Guardrail, or when required by law.
Security and retention
We use practical safeguards for account and request information, including password hashing and limited access controls. We keep information only as long as needed for the service, records, security, legal, or operational purposes.
Your choices
You can choose what to submit in a request. You may ask Guardrail to review, correct, or delete account or request information when deletion is practical and not restricted by legal, security, or operational needs.
