Guest parking first steps

Register the visit and keep proof before a guest car becomes a tow target.

Use this when: A visitor is coming over, a guest plate needs registration, or a car has already received a warning.

First move

Register the plate before the car parks, then screenshot the confirmation and parked location.

Log in for request help

Do first

  1. Check the property rule for guest passes, plate entry, time limits, and banned spaces.
  2. Send the visitor plate, make, model, and visit window through the property system if one exists.
  3. Tell the visitor exactly where to park and what sign or space marker to photograph.

Save as proof

  • Registration confirmation, email, text, portal screenshot, or staff message.
  • Guest parking sign, space number, lot entrance, and the parked car.
  • Any warning, ticket, boot notice, tow notice, or property message.

Log in when

  • A registered guest still gets warned, booted, ticketed, or towed.
  • The property does not explain how guest registration works.
  • A visitor car must stay longer because of school, work, illness, or travel delays.
